ABOUT MADDY-JANE
Head Nurse & Co-Owner
Hi, I’m Maddy-Jane — Registered Nurse and founder of Aesthetics by Maddy-Jane. I started the clinic in Warners Bay over five years ago with a simple goal: to create a space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their skin. Since then, we’ve grown into a family-run clinic across both Warners Bay and Singleton, something I’m incredibly proud of.
My approach is always natural, considered, and personalised. I take the time to really listen and understand what you’re wanting to achieve, and guide you through options that feel right for you — never rushed, never overdone.
I’m especially passionate about helping clients feel like themselves again, whether that’s through subtle treatments, preventative approaches, or simply taking the time to educate and build confidence. Together with my husband Morgan and our team, we’ve created a warm, welcoming clinic experience where you can feel completely at ease.
You’ll always be met with honest advice, a personalised approach, and results that feel like you, just refreshed.
ABOUT Morgan
Clinic Manager & Co-Owner
Hi, I’m Morgan — co-owner and clinic manager at Aesthetics by Maddy-Jane. While you may not always see me in clinic, I’m the one working behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly day to day. From managing bookings and systems to supporting the team and overall client experience, my role is to ensure every part of your journey with us feels seamless and well organised.
With a background in business and accounting, I take care of the operational side of the clinic, allowing Maddy-Jane and the nurses to focus on delivering high-quality, personalised care in clinic.
I’m currently completing my Advanced Diploma of Dermal Science, and will soon be stepping further into a clinical role, working alongside Maddy-Jane and the team.
As a family-run business, creating a space that feels welcoming, supportive, and easy for our clients is something we really value. From your first enquiry through to your time in clinic, my focus is on making sure your experience feels smooth and comfortable from start to finish.

SENIOR NURSE
Hi, I’m Shannon — Senior Nurse at Aesthetics by Maddy-Jane. I have a strong passion for aesthetic medicine and love helping clients feel confident in their skin through natural, balanced results. My approach is always personalised and focused on safety, precision, and creating outcomes that enhance your features without looking overdone.
As a Senior Nurse within the clinic, I play a key role in supporting both our clients and team, and have extensive experience across a range of aesthetic treatments. I’m especially passionate about education and ensuring every client feels informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their treatment journey.
I take the time to really listen and understand your concerns, and will always guide you through options that feel right for you, with a focus on subtle, refined results.
My goal is always for you to leave feeling like yourself, just a little more refreshed and confident.
