These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website aestheticsbymaddyjane.com.au and the services provided by Aesthetics by Maddy-Jane (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and Appointments

  • Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
  • Bookings may require a deposit.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice unless otherwise specified.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may incur fees. See cancellation and no-show policy for more details

3. Services

  • All services are provided by trained and qualified staff.
  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure services meet your expectations but results may vary.
  • Clients must inform us of any medical conditions or allergies before treatment.

 

4. Payments

  • Prices are as listed on our website or in-store at the time of booking.
  • We accept payment via credit card, EFT, or other approved methods.
  • Payment must be made before services are rendered unless prior arrangements exist.
  • Payments may incur additional card processing fees.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are provided in accordance with Australian consumer law.
  • Once a service is rendered, refunds are generally not provided unless there is a valid issue.
  • Product purchases cannot be returned or exchanged once the product has been taken from the clinic. When purchasing skincare products or services it is your responsibility to inform your therapist of any known allergies your pregnancy status that you are aware of at the time of purchase. In the case of an allergic reaction products cannot be refunded or exchanged as allergies can present at anytime and are not the fault of the therapist or client.

6. Website Use

  • You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
  • You must not interfere with the functionality of our site or attempt to access unauthorised areas.
  • We may update content, features, or services without prior notice.

7. Liability

  • Aesthetics by Maddy-Jane is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
  • We take all reasonable care but cannot guarantee specific outcomes for treatments.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with the new effective date.
