Booking and Cancellation Policy

Appointment bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment. This is not refundable under any circumstances. Your deposit will stay on your patient file and can be used towards your treatment. If you fail to give 24 hours notice of a cancellation or a rebook you will forfeit your deposit. Initial deposits can be used to change your booking up to three times. After this another deposit will be required.

We understand that emergencies and serious situations can arise unexpectedly, in these cases discretion may be applied by the team at Aesthetics by Maddy-Jane.
